About the Role:
The Deputy Principal – Faith & Mission is a senior leadership position central to advancing the Catholic character and ethos of John Paul College. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role integrates life and faith within the College community while promoting a Gospel-based, people-centred, inclusive, and holistic vision of Catholic education. The successful candidate will lead faith development programs, social justice initiatives, and community outreach efforts, providing opportunities for students and staff to grow spiritually and contribute to meaningful causes. Additionally, this role will foster a strong sense of community by encouraging collaboration and engagement among all members of the College and overseeing the organisation of key events that build and strengthen the College community.
